Our team of corporate governance professionals provide the following services:

Incorporations: Our team will reserve a company name with the Registrar of Companies; obtain necessary licenses, permits and regulations; and facilitate the organization of the new entity, including preparing of constitutional documents and holding provisional and statutory meetings.

Corporate Secretarial: We provide a Company Secretary who manages, prepares and maintains the Company's official documentation and records; liaise with regulators; ensures compliance with statutory requirements; and establishes the bank and brokerage accounts. The Company Secretary will ensure ongoing administration and general advice on good corporate governance practices.

Registered Office (Malta and Gibraltar): We will maintain the official address, statutory books and records including preparing and submitting regulatory filings; liaise with regulators as necessary; pay statutory fees; and comply with other annual statutory requirements including anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-terrorist financing (ATF).

Company Director and/or Company Manager: We will participate in Board, investor and sub-Committee meetings as required; act as an authorized bank signatory; follow best practices and adhere to constitutional documents; and assist the entity in fulfilling its statutory obligations imposed by the relevant legislation.

Registrar & Transfer Agency: We will maintain the share registry; process share issuances, redemptions and trades; and update the share registrar.
