Chelsea Carter
Vice President of Business Development, North America
Captive International reported that Chelsea has clients spanning many industries — she's developed a practice focus in within the real estate, higher education and healthcare industries. She provides a comprehensive and consultative approach to evaluating the alternative risk marketplace to ensure that solutions are designed to meet the long-term goals and objectives of her clients. Since joining Artex, she has been integral in developing new programs and solutions for its clients. Chelsea says, "The diversity of solutions and number of overall programme offerings... [is] one of the things I find most rewarding — no single captive or solution is the same as any other. I love the fact that every time I have a conversation with a client or prospective client, we are truly building and creating a solution specific to their needs."

Beth Jacobsen
Senior Vice President of Captive Management, North America
Captive International reported that Beth "hasn't looked back" since taking the leap into the alternative risk space with Artex after she was offered an assistant captive director role in 2013, helping to manage several group captives. Beth says, "One of the most rewarding aspects of group captives is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of organisations and individuals towards a common goal. Building relationships with members, broker partners and service providers, and working together to manage risks effectively, as well as seeing tangible benefits of collective efforts is very fulfilling.... It's easy to be passionate about what I do."
