Artex Capital Solutions (Artex), a division of Artex Risk Solutions, has acquired Bermuda-based Frontier Financial Services Limited, according to a recent announcement from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
Frontier is a management firm specializing in consulting, recruitment, business services and immigration services predominantly to reinsurance clients in Bermuda. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Frontier Director and Co-Founder Peter Brodsky, CEO Derek Winch and the rest of the Frontier employees will remain in their current location and will continue to operate business-as-usual, however their clients and employees will now have access to Artex's broader market-leading resources from pre-incorporation concept development, structure design, incorporation, licensing, and through to ongoing company management and advisory.
